Start moving right after arrival. At locations such as Aso Station, you can pick up the key from a key box without staff assistance.

Same-day bookings are possible. Approval usually takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, so booking in advance is recommended.

On the JR Hohi Main Line. A convenient starting point for Mt. Aso, Daikanbo, and the Aso area.
On the Minamiaso Railway. Ideal for exploring the countryside of Minamiaso, Shirakawa Springs, and other nature spots.
About a 7-minute walk from JR Higo-Ozu Station. This location is not a 24-hour self-service location, but offers especially good value.

On the Kyushu Shinkansen. Convenient for trips to Tamana Onsen, Kikuchi, and nearby areas.

Ideal for coastal and mountain trips around Minamata and Ashikita.

Online booking and self-service pickup using a key box.
Choose your location, bike, date, and time. Same-day bookings are possible, but approval takes time, so booking in advance is recommended.
Go to the station area or designated parking spot. Pickup details will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
Use the PIN code in your email to open the key box and take the bike key. Helmets and gloves are also available.
Please refuel the bike before returning it to the original location. If you wish to return it to a different location, please contact us in advance via LINE or phone.

Foreign visitors riding motorbikes in Japan must have the license and documents required by Japanese law. Please confirm whether your license, International Driving Permit, or official translation is valid before booking.
To drive in Japan, you need either a Japanese driver's license or an International Driving Permit (IDP).

All Moto Ride Rental bikes include unlimited bodily injury and property damage liability insurance.
You can also add optional vehicle damage coverage. For single-vehicle accidents such as falling over or dropping the bike, repair costs and non-operation charges may be covered under the insurance conditions, with a deductible of ¥50,000.

If a bike is available on the day, you can make a booking on site. However, to secure your bike, we recommend booking online in advance. Please book early for weekends and holiday periods.
Yes. We provide half helmets free of charge. When renting a 125cc bike, up to two helmets can be borrowed free of charge. Gloves and phone holders are also included.
Please return the bike to the same location where you picked it up. One-way return is not available unless arranged in advance.
When returning the bike, put the helmet and gloves back, lock the bike, return the key to the key box, and scramble the dial lock.
Your return is complete after submitting the return form.
If you return the bike without refueling, we will refuel it and later charge you the actual fuel cost plus a ¥1,100 refueling handling fee.
You may extend the rental even if another booking is scheduled. However, an extension handling fee of ¥1,100 applies, and package rates do not apply to the extended time.
Yes. Cancellation is free even on the same day as long as it is before the rental start time. Please note that cancellation is not possible after the rental start time has passed.
First contact the police or emergency services if necessary, then call 080-7595-3493 or contact us via LINE. Bodily injury and property damage liability insurance has unlimited coverage. If you added optional vehicle damage coverage, bike damage may be handled according to the insurance conditions.
Aso Station, Takamori Station, Misumi Station, and Shin-Minamata Station support 24-hour use. Shin-Tamana Station and Higo Ozu Tourism Association have time restrictions. Please contact us via LINE or phone for details at each location.
